Minutes of August 4, 2011 Bidders' Conference Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents for Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA): Before you begin, please read the Request for Proposal Letter above. In order to access the specific RFPs, please first go to the link indicating the area of service you are interested in providing (Substance Abuse, Testing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mental Health, Medical Detox, Sex Offender, Polygraph, VRT, Residential, Medication Monitoring), place cursor over the county/counties you are interested in providing services for, and click on that area. If there is a RFP in that area, it will come up on the screen. The RFP Solicitation Number is specified in the upper left hand corner of Section A of the document. If you are interested in providing more than one type of service (i.e. substance abuse, mental health, etc.), you will need to review the RFP for each service you are interested in providing. Testing Only RFPs are available for the Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Lansing areas. Otherwise, drug testing is included with treatment RFPs. Requests for Proposals will not be used for all counties, so some counties
do not have links associated with them. A Competitive Purchase Order (CPO)
or a Non-Competitive Purchase Order (NCPO) will be issued to vendors, if services
are needed in those counties.
