Certificate of Good Standing

To obtain a certificate of good standing from the Western District of Michigan, complete this form and pay the associated fee electronically.  Note that the link to the form will take you to Pay.gov, a secure government payment portal.  The Clerk of Court will be notified electronically of your request and payment automatically through Pay.gov.  The Certificate of Good Standing will be mailed to the attorney.

Duplicate Certificate of Admission
