The document access issue has been resolved.  Documents are now accessible through NEF links as per usual. 

Morning of 7/10/23:  We are currently working on an issue with our CM/ECF servers where documents are not accessible through both the website and the NEF links. E-filing is not impacted. Service of the filing is impacted due to links in the NEFs not working at this time.

The expectation is that, when this is resolved, NEFs will still grant users a free look and documents will be accessible. We will post an update when this issue is resolved.
