Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071 and Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court hereby gives notice of its consideration of amendments to the Local Civil Rules and the Local Criminal Rules and the adoption of Local General Rules, which apply to all matters in this Court per Administrative Order 18-RL-054. Notice is hereby given to all members of the public of their opportunity to review and comment on the attached proposed rule amendments. All comments should be in writing and must be received by the Court no later than July 31, 2018. Comments should be addressed to: Thomas L.
