The postmaster has resolved the issue with Notices of Electronic Filings (NEFs) going out. We are working to resend NEFs from CM/ECF. Thank you for your patience.

We continue to address issues with Notices of Electronic Filings (NEFs). Our postmaster is working with a spam blocking vendor to remove some of our IPs from their blacklist. As our emails are sent from multiple IPs, this is not impacting all NEFs, but is causing some to not make it to their destination. Updates will continue to be added to this announcement as information becomes available.

We are working on investigating reports of missing Notice of Electronic Filings. The postmaster is working to assist us in resolving this issue. This information will updated as more information is available. Thank you!
