Per Administrative Order 25-MS-089, the Court is now serving restricted and sealed orders, notices, and other Court-generated documents by electronic means to attorneys of record and self-represented parties granted CM/ECF filing privileges. Several document types parties were previously able to access upon filing in CM/ECF must now be transmitted securely via a separate manual process.  Due to this change, there will likely be a delay in receiving this type of filing from the Court.  All recipients should allow for up to two business days after the filing of a Court-generated restricted or sealed document for delivery.  If there is an urgent need for a document, the requesting party should contact the Electronic Filing Help Desk (ecfhelp@miwd.uscourts.gov) for assistance. The Court will not provide copies of the parties' own filings (with headers) they were previously able to access upon filing.
