Updated 11/5/24:    For an after-hours election related filing on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, registered attorneys should first accomplish the electronic filing, and then call (616) 456-2069. This number should also be used by non-attorneys and attorneys not registered to e-file to make arrangements for an after-hours in person filing. The number will be monitored until 9:00pm.

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the Court will post a telephone number for attorneys and non-attorneys to call to alert the Court of an after-hours election related filing.
