LGenR 2.2 Permission to practice in a particular case

2.2      Permission to practice in a particular case

  1. Pro hac vice admission - This court disfavors pro hac vice admission and prefers that all lawyers appearing before it become full members of the bar of the court. Pro hac vice admission may nevertheless be allowed on a temporary basis pending full admission, or in unusual circumstances.
  2. Sanctions - Nothing in this rule detracts from the court’s power to sanction unprofessional conduct.
