Attorney Admission and Certificates Mandatory Electronic Process

Petitions for admission, electronic filing registration forms and attorney admission fee payments are presented to the Western District of Michigan through an electronic process. Requests and fee payments for certificates of good standing and duplicate certificates of admission are made through an electronic process as well.  These electronic processes are now mandatory, effective October 1, 2015.  For detailed instructions, visit the "General Information" tab under "For Attorneys" on this website.
