Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents for Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA):

Before you begin, please go to the link above and read the Request for Proposal Letter.

In order to access the specific BPA, please first go to the link indicating the area of service you are interested in providing (Substance Abuse, Testing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mental Health, Sex Offender, Polygraph, VRT, Residential Substance Abuse and Residential for Co-Occurring Disorders, Medication Monitoring and Outpatient Detox/Antagonist Treatment), then select the county/counties you are interested in providing services for, and click on that link to access the BPA.

The BPA Solicitation Number is specified in the upper left hand corner of Section A of the document.  If you are interested in providing more than one type of service (i.e. substance abuse and mental health, etc.), you will need to review the BPA for each service you are interested in providing.

Testing Only BPAs are available for the Lansing and Muskegon areas.  Otherwise, drug testing is included with substance abuse treatment BPAs or will be handled through NCPOs.

Blanket Purchase Agreements will not be used for all counties, so some counties do not have links associated with them.  A Competitive Purchase Order (CPO) or a Non-Competitive Purchase Order (NCPO) will be issued to vendors, if services are needed in those counties.
